Relaxing hotel with a lovely pool and CONVENIENT location easy to walk into the Old Town. Location close to cafeteria and Eurostars. For tea or coffee visit Terraza Salto Del Caballo nearby. Very efficient and customer-facing staff members, at the reception desk.

room, it was wide, bed was big and super comfortable, bathroom was great too, in general very good, room super comfortable. Then when it was time to park there was a lot of parking but that was all blue zone, center was about 15 minutes walk.
it was time to check in, receptionists were very slow and for a 4-star hotel it only had one receptionist and two practice girls who did practically nothing. We were waiting in line for almost 15 minutes to be attended to, at check out time the same thing happened. At the time of taking the room, I asked if we had touched the room to the outside and answer of the receptionist of practices was, is that the views are paid, I think you could say in many ways. For everything else everything is great.

A functional and very comfortable hotel, which can hardly be reproached, spacious and comfortable parking, quite large rooms and all exterior, good general equipment of the room. Correct breakfast, with an unusual offer that includes a simpler and cheaper option of continental breakfast, in addition to the classic buffet. Spacious breakfast room, practical in a hotel where tourist groups by coach seem to be commonplace,
Located quite far from the old city, in a quiet but dead residential area. rooms lack sockets and bathtub is not one of the most comfortable in the world, with a poorly fitting screen that allows water to filter into the bathroom. Access to the centre on foot is by a very unattractive route. We went on foot and returned by taxi, fortunately at a reasonable price,

I stayed there for a wedding. The stay was quiet and we were attended very quickly to make the check in and give us the room.
In the morning you can actually hear quite a racket in the hallway. I can say that after my stay and taking into account the score and category of the hotel I expected a better value for money because the hotel was very normal and I did not think that the price was too consistent, because the price is high for what is offered. As for the breakfast buffet, I think it could be improved. quality of the pastries is quite bad and coffee could have Siro better. variety was not bad at all, they had several things to choose from. What has definitely left me a little puzzled is that I left a garment at the hotel and called three times on the phone and I was not too much attention.. I know for sure that he stayed there... always tell me that they have not found anything and hang up right away. I think I could have been given better attention as a customer.

Tasty breakfast with good value for money, including a variety of bread, cereal, pastries, and fresh fruit 🥐. Convenient peaceful location close to an art museum.

The hotel staff is very friendly, super correct and attentive.. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are clean. The croissants are very good. The distance from the hotel to the city center is good, a little walk... Good parking.. Orange juice acceptable (not in season)
We were accommodated in a room on the fourth floor overlooking the road, we had to close the window because you could hear cars passing by, the air conditioning made an incredible noise and it was very uncomfortable. The swimming pool is tiny, you will be able to take a stroke if you are alone which is impossible in a hotel with 5 floors, I would not put "hotel with swimming pool" because it is disappointing to arrive and see that, I have seen bigger inflatable pools. What they call "chiringuito" of the pool turns out to be a tiny hut in bad condition and dirty, do not think even by chance that they will make you a mojito, at most a water, some potatoes and a soda. There's a lack of variety at breakfast.

This was an incredible hotel for the price, I really did not belong there. It is in a fabulous location for overviewing the city of Toledo in the morning, night and Sundown, if you get a room facing the city. You can take a bus there, but you have to walk about 300 meters up a slight hill to get there from the final bus stop. Ask for the bus to "Toletum" and tell the driver the "Eurostar Toledo". Get directions and a map at the train station. The Cercania train from Atocha is great and cheap. The bus stop is out of the station around to the right on the street. When you get out at Toletum (Latin for Toledo) It is also called the "Caballo Plaza" for the great horse statue there. You have to cross the street and go to the main road running up the hill, at the top on the left past the school is the hotel. It is fabulous. You can get buses from the bottom of the hill to the middle of town easily.

What can I say, all the good things in a great hotel at a very affordable price. room (and its respective bathroom) is spacious, perfectly equipped and decorated. With all those details that make the difference even if you don't need them like handles in the bathtub, many points of light, invisible air conditioning and lots of information about schedules and services. beds, of course, are very comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness. I don't have time to list all the services the hotel offers. I can highlight the room service, swimming pool and restaurant, offers wonderful dinners with the illuminated city of Toledo in the background. area has parking outside the building (orange area). No surprise, as the hotel will indicate on several occasions the opening hours and rates for this area. It offers covered parking for 9 euros a day as well as extensive information on alternative means of transport and places to visit. friendly and professional staff. Totally recommendable.
The only problem is that it's not centrally located. Beyond that, it's all good service and facilities. Whoever wants everything this hotel has to offer, at the price it offers, and whoever walks out at the foot of Toledo's cathedral, is going to need at least one magic lamp.
